The team, with expertise in market access, scientific and medical, and creative expression, will focus on bringing together exceptional capabilities to deliver integrated solutions, strengthened by multichannel analytics and behavioural insights. These integrated solutions are designed to help customers better communicate their unique value propositions to key audiences.

Orrin Pollard, Director of European Creative Expression, is a globally renowned creative leader. For over 25 years, Pollard has led creative teams across every therapeutic area in the health and wellness space with 10+ years as Founder and Creative Director of DDB Remedy UK. He has created and inspired numerous multi-award winning national OTC and global ethical campaigns across Europe, and served on many international awards panels as a judge, including Cannes Lions, Clio Health & Eurobest. His work and team contributions have been recognised by D&AD, Cannes Lions, LIAA, Clio Health, PM Society Digital Awards and The Globals, among others.

Mark Sudwell, Head of Value, Access and Reputation Communications, brings more than 20 years of experience as a corporate affairs communications leader. A former Communications Director for Lilly’s Europe, Australia and Canada operations, Sudwell has a strong track record for delivering campaigns that optimise access to new therapies and communicate product and corporate value. 

Tanya von Ahlefeldt, European Senior Director Public Relations, most recently set up the internal and external DE&I communications offering for a major Medical Education agency. von Ahlefeldt is a senior healthcare, corporate and product communications expert with expansive international and domestic healthcare communications experience, including expertise navigating and adhering to multinational regulatory confines and cultural nuances.

Jenny Fanstone, Scientific Director, brings over 20 years of experience in medical writing, strategic communication, publication planning and medical editing. She commenced her career in postgraduate research at the University of Oxford and has since worked for highly reputable scientific establishments, working at the forefront of scientific communications across a range of therapy areas including oncology, neurology, endocrinology and renal disease.

Christopher Hubert, Senior Art Director, joins the team to help drive creative strategy and art direction for clients across brand launches and tactics in both digital and print media. With 20 years of advertising experience, Hubert is no stranger to running high stakes campaigns for blue chip companies working with EY (Ernst & Young), HSBC, Audi, Eurostar, among others.

Sandy Lee, Senior Account Director and Social Media Lead, joins bringing expertise in content marketing, business development, social media and digital strategic counsel. In her previous role she led global campaigns for WHO, The Global Fund, IFPMA, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and ABPI.
