Washington, DC —
I gave a fun talk at an eDTC conference about how marketing teams can uncover new approaches to innovation by looking at the principles that have driven our industry’s scientific innovation for decades.

I think my favorite rant was about the black hat we wear as an industry: “We bring the ickiest bodily functions right into their living rooms in a seeping series of side effects. We make ads that look like contracts. Websites that look like ads. Social that’s anti social. And, create causes that no ones cares about. All in a voice about as human as this guy (see picture of C-3PO).”

It’s all good news from there!
